Quick fixes

1
Live Exploration will not start

Confirm you have an internet connection, close and reopen Merosa, then try once more. If Merosa says the short exploration limit was reached, wait about ten minutes before retrying.

2
The wrong connection opened

Clear the search and use the words you would naturally say. Open the closest connection, answer the single follow-up when shown, and use broader exploration when none of the reviewed maps feels close enough.

3
The app is blank, frozen, or outdated

Force-close and reopen the app. Check TestFlight or the App Store for an update. Restart the device if the same screen remains frozen.

4
Text, contrast, language, or navigation is difficult

Try the Light, Dark, Forest, or Violet theme and switch between EN and ES. Include your device’s text-size setting in the support report so the layout can be reproduced.

5
A Community story or report will not submit

Confirm that Sign in with ChatGPT completed, every required field is filled, and the story meets the displayed length. Community-shared research also requires an HTTPS source.

What to include in a report

  • Your device model and iOS, Android, or browser version.
  • The Merosa version and build number, when visible.
  • The exact button or action immediately before the problem.
  • A screenshot or screen recording when it does not reveal private information.
  • The wording searched only if you are comfortable sharing it.
Protect your privacy.Remove names, addresses, phone numbers, account details, and identifying health information before emailing a report.

Safety and care boundaries

Merosa provides education and guided exploration. It does not diagnose, replace professional care, monitor emergencies, or guarantee that an answer fits a specific person.

If someone may act on thoughts of suicide, self-harm, violence, or overdose, or has severe or sudden medical symptoms, use immediate local help rather than email. In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger or call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support. Outside the United States, contact the local emergency or crisis service.
